Merge branches 'master' and 'master' of /home/healspersecond/taguette_google_sheet_integration

fix some bugs and integrate the changes from the branches from charlie and mako

added new code to support categories

categories will be exported as a separate column and stored in the database
with a tiny json object at the end of the description. they are supressed from
view in the google docs description column but will be added back on import

Added feature to read in multiple config files and iterate over each one to produce separate tag files with corresponding project ID name.

Changed delimiter to _ from .
